CMS appoints lawyers Fleur van Assendelft de Coningh and Niels Koene as partners, as of 1 July 2025. With these appointments CMS strengthens its Employment, Labour & Pensions practice area group.

Fleur van Assendelft de Coningh advises national and international companies on the full spectrum of employment and pension law, with a focus on employment and pension law issues during and after mergers and acquisitions. Fleur is a Certified Pension Lawyer.
Niels Koene advises and litigates for national and international companies, many stock exchange listed, on employment law. Niels is also Co-Head of the international CMS Expat Desk, part of the CMS Mobility Team, and active within AmCham.
