The former TMF Tower located at Locatellikade 1 in Amsterdam is purchased by The Royal Properties Group (RPG). The office with a gross floor area of approx. 8,000 sqm is located alongside the Parnassusweg at close range of the Amsterdam South Axis. Currently the different redevelopment possibilities are being investigated. CMS advised the vendor.
