CMS DSB acts on the merger of Digine Corp and QIAGEN

CMS Derks Star Busmann acted on matters of Dutch law for NASDAQ listed Digene Corp. in its US$1.6 billion merger with Frankfurt and NASDAQ listed Dutch company QIAGEN N.V. The merger was finalized 30 July 2007.
Digene and QIAGEN create one, combined company that will be a market and technology leader in molecular diagnostics.
The team was led by Roman Tarlavski and Reinout Slot and also comprised Yana Levin and Clair Wermers. Colleagues of CMS Hasche Sigle (Andreas Zanner and Martin Kniehase) also acted on this matter.
