CMS has advised Zehnder Group, a leading provider of indoor climate solutions listed on the Swiss Exchange, on its acquisition of all shares in Filtech. Filtech is a leading manufacturer of high quality air filters and a supplier of Zehnder, with production sites in the Netherlands, France and Switzerland. Filtech has approximately 70 employees and sales of around EUR 15 million.
The CMS team was led by Pieter van Duijvenvoorde and further comprised of, among others, Robert Jong, Bob Barnhoorn, Robin Sijbesma, Yasar Celebi, Nigel Hensen, Fietje van den Berg, Mathijs van der Veen, Britt Straat and Bob van Zijl.
