Pieter van Duijvenvoorde is partner and member of the Corporate/M&A practice area group of our firm in Amsterdam. He is head of the Corporate/M&A group in the Netherlands.

Pieter specialises in national and international mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures. He has specific experience with private equity transactions. Pieter has advised strategic parties and private equity firms on a large number of transactions in several sectors, including financial institutions, IT and energy.
