Pieter van Duijvenvoorde is partner and head of the Corporate/M&A practice area group of our firm in Amsterdam.

Pieter is an experienced M&A lawyer and has advised on a large number of complex strategic and cross border M&A transactions and investments. He advises listed companies, (international) corporates, private equity and venture capital.

Pieter has a specific focus on transactions in the life sciences sector and financial sector, including insurance companies and banks.

Pieter is recognised in Chambers and Legal 500.
