Netherlands
The Corporate/M&A practice of CMS in the Netherlands is recognised for its work in cross-border transactions, especially in the technology sector and for private equity houses. With nine years, Edmon Oude Elferink is the longest ranking Dutch lawyer for the category Competition: EU (Foreign Expertise).
