Menno Keuper is counsel of the Dispute Resolution practice area group of our firm in Amsterdam.
He is an experienced litigator and advises on a wide range of complex commercial matters, including contractual disputes, post-M&A disputes, attachment and enforcement issues, and corporate governance. Menno regularly appears in summary proceedings and before the Enterprise Chamber.
Menno has been with CMS since 2026. He previously worked at A&O Shearman for more than 10 years.
