Alette de Groot is an advocaat in our Employment & Pensions practice Group. She focuses on individual and collective employment law.

Alettes' advisory work includes dismissal cases, co-determination, employment conditions, employee incentives, collective bargaining agreements, transfer of undertakings and work permit issues. She also provides advice from a corporate employment law perspective, such as employees’ legal position in transactions and the managing director’s legal position vs. shareholders and the supervisory board.

Furthermore, Alette is also an active member of the CMS Expat Desk.
