Anton Louwinger is partner and tax advisor of the Tax practice area group of our firm in Amsterdam.

He advises the national and international business community on a variety of tax matters, such as (re)structuring, M&A and cooperation, cross-border tax planning, funds, real estate, structured finance and project finance and employee participation.

Anton has been with CMS since 2020 and previously worked as partner at one of the largest transatlantic law firms for 18 years. He started his tax career in 1992.
