Anton Louwinger is partner en belastingadviseur binnen de praktijkgroep Tax van ons kantoor in Amsterdam.

Hij adviseert het nationale en internationale bedrijfsleven op uiteenlopende fiscale terreinen, zoals op het gebied van (her)structurering, M&A en samenwerking, grensoverschrijdende fiscale planning, fondsen, vastgoed, structured finance en project finance en werknemersparticipaties.

Anton is sinds 2020 werkzaam bij CMS, daarvoor was hij 18 jaar partner bij één van de grootste trans-Atlantische advocatenkantoren. Hij begon zijn fiscale loopbaan in 1992.
