Arlina van Schaik is a member of the Litigation & Insurance Practice Area Group of our firm. She specializes in proceedings before the Dutch courts and national and international arbitration. She advises and litigates in areas such as commercial disputes, contract law and international public law. She has been involved in complex proceedings for companies in various sectors, including large multinational corporations and state-owned enterprises.
Arlina has been with CMS since 2023. Before joining CMS, Arlina spent five years working as a lawyer in both the international litigation and arbitration and the M&A practice groups at De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek.
