Ayşegül Avcı is counsel and member of the Employment & Pensions practice area group of our firm in Amsterdam.

She is involved in advising (international) medium-sized and large companies on: (harmonization of) employment conditions, remuneration systems, bonus and option schemes, restart after bankruptcy, international mobility (expats, immigration), (international) co-determination law, dismissal law (individual and collective (reorganizations)), (resignation) statutory director, transfer of undertaking and the sick employee. Thereby, Ayşegül litigates in first instance and appeal on various (international) employment law disputes.​

In addition, Ayşegül is Co-Head of the CMS Expat Desk, she is part of the CMS Life Sciences (sector focus group) and Ayşegül is Head of the Turkish Business Desk.

Ayşegül has been with CMS since 2008.
