Daphne Zorab is a managing associate of the Dispute Resolution practice area group of our firm in Amsterdam. In addition, she specialises in the insurance sector.
She specialises in litigation, corporate law and contract law. Daphne advises and litigates amongst others on directors' liability, shareholders' disputes and contract liability. She advises large and medium-sized national and international companies.
Daphne has been with CMS since 2021 and previously also worked at CMS from 2007 until 2016.
