Corporate Litigation involves the whole area of company law and procedural law, and involves all potential disputes in and to do with the company. These can vary from matters of liability of directors or groups to disputes concerning takeovers.

CMS will give you expert advice and assistance with these sorts of matters. We can help you with special proceedings at the Enterprise Section of the Amsterdam Court of Appeal as well as investigation proceedings, annual accounts proceedings or proceedings under Section 26 of the Works Councils Act. You can also call on us to assist you in 'squeeze-out' proceedings or special proceedings before ordinary courts, such as within the framework of statutory dispute settlements.
