Elisabeth Elias has been a qualified advocaat since 1996 and joined our Antitrust, Competition & Trade (ACT) practice area group at the CMS EU Law Office in Brussels in 2002. The Brussels EU Law office works closely with the EU practice groups of other partners within the CMS organization, among which CMS Germany.​ 

Elisabeth specializes in European and Dutch competition law and advises clients from a range of sectors (a large proportion of which are companies in the automotive sector) about agency and distribution systems and related matters, abuse of a dominant position and compliance programmes.​ 

Elisabeth represents companies in litigation before the European Commission and the Authority Consumers & Markets (ACM). She also litigates in Dutch and European courts.
