Folkert Stoop is a member of the Real Estate & Construction group of our firm in Amsterdam and has extensive in-house experience.
Folkert Stoop has been an attorney-at-law since 2019 and mainly focuses on civil construction law in the broadest sense, and acts in civil court and mostly in (international) arbitration for a wide variety of both national and international clients.
He also specialises in procurement law and assists both contracting authorities and tendering companies in this area. He focuses on the preventive review of procurement processes, the drafting of tender documents, and he acts in court in procurement disputes.
