Henriëtte Bast is managing associate of the Dispute Resolution practice area group of our firm in Amsterdam. In addition, she specialises in the insurance sector.
She is active in insurance and liability law. Henriëtte advises amongst others on the interpretation of insurance contracts and liability of Directors and Officers and professional service providers. She advises mostly insurance companies and is an experienced conflict manager.
Henriëtte has been with CMS since 2025 and previously worked at DLA Piper and Van Doorne and her own law firm. Next to working as an attorney-at-law, Henriëtte is an experienced (non-executive) board professional in the cultural field.
