Jaap Loman is a member of the Real Estate & Construction group of our firm in Amsterdam.
He is engaged in providing advice and acting on behalf of clients in llitigation consuming project development, rental law and construction disputes. Among other things, Jaap advises on the preparation of turnkey sales and purchase contracts, the notarial aspects of property transactions and due diligence investigations. Jaap advises project developers, construction companies, investors and investment funds.
Jaap has been with CMS since 2018 and previously worked as an advocaat at AKD.
