Jan Peter IJspeert is an advocaat in our Real Estate & Construction Practice Group. He specialises in project development and corporate real estate.​

Jan Peter advises nationally and internationally operating project developers, asset managers, investors and governments on the preparation of project development documentation, including the set-up of partnership structures and advising on asset and share transactions and lease aspects.​

Jan Peter has been with CMS since 2013. Before joining the firm he worked at TCN Property Projects and as an attorney at law firm Van Doorne from the year 2000.
