Jasper Kampherbeek is a civil law notary in our Real Estate & Construction Practice Group. He specialises in property transactions and property development. He advises property developers, building firms and financial institutions as well as national and foreign investors on drafting agreements and notarial deeds (including purchase agreements, building contracts, deeds of transfer of title, deeds of division) and on due diligence processes. Clients also seek his advice on the purchase and sale of registered property and fund formation, setting up and completing new building developments and investing in and financing registered property. ​

Jasper’s area of expertise extends to the setting up of complex structures under property law, division into apartment rights and park management.
