Jonathan van Ee is a member of the Banking & Finance group of our firm in Amsterdam.
He specialises in (international) insolvency law, finance law, security rights and restructuring. He advises and acts in court for Dutch and international clients and insolvency practitioners. The court of Amsterdam, the Netherlands, frequently appoints Jonathan as curator (bankruptcy trustee).
Jonathan is a member of INSOL Europe, the Dutch Restructuring Association (de Nederlandse Vereniging voor Herstructurering), and of the Netherlands Association for Comparative and International Insolvency Law (de Nederlandse Vereniging voor Rechtsvergelijkend en Internationaal Insolventierecht). In addition, he is a board member of the Dutch association for young insolvency lawyers (Vereniging JIRA). Jonathan frequently writes annotations regarding relevant case law in the area of insolvency law for Rechtspraak Insolventierecht, a Dutch professional journal focused on insolvency law.
