Kim Campagne is a member of the Commercial practice area group of our firm in Amsterdam.
He is active in corporate and contract law. Kim advises on various types of partnerships and commercial agreements between professional parties. He advises on the drafting and interpretation of agreements, such as franchise agreements, purchase and sale agreements, distribution agreements, agency relationships and general terms and conditions. He also assists companies in consumer law matters.
