Marlot Tak is a member of the Litigation & Insurance practice group of our firm.
She specializes in liability claims and insurance disputes. Marlot advises and litigates amongst others on professional liability, contractual disputes and complex policy disputes relating to different kinds of insurance contracts. She advises amongst others insurance companies and insurance brokers.
Marlot graduated cum laude from Utrecht University in 2014.
After a period as paralegal Marlot has been with CMS as advocaat since December 2014.
