Murat works within the Antitrust, Competition and Trade Practice Group of our Amsterdam office and is particularly active in the field of competition law and healthcare regulation. He advises clients on cooperation agreements, (abuse of) market power, mergers, state aid and healthcare regulation. He has extensive experience in proceedings before regulators such as the Dutch Competition Authority (ACM), the European Commission and the Dutch Healthcare Authority (NZa) as well as the courts.
Murat has been with CMS since 2024. Previously, he worked as a lawyer at Houthoff within the EU & Competition and Healthcare practice groups and as a senior lawyer at the NZa.
