Nienke Hemstra is a member of the Litigation & Insurance practice group of our firm.
She specializes in liability claims and insurance disputes. Nienke advises amongst others on cases regarding employer's liability, contractual disputes and complex policy disputes relating to different kinds of insurance contracts. She advises amongst others insurance companies and insurance brokers.
After a period as paralegal Nienke has been with CMS as advocaat since 2021 and previously worked as a paralegal in the field of construction law at another law firm for a small year.
