Sammy Zeryouh is a member of the Commercial practice area group of our firm in Amsterdam. In addition, he specialises in the Life Sciences & Healthcare sector.
He focuses primarily on pharmaceutical law, with a strong emphasis on compliance matters and advisory work within the life sciences sector.
Sammy advises, among others, pharmaceutical companies on a wide range of legal issues, including regulatory frameworks, compliance structures and contractual relationships. In addition, he works on medico legal matters at the intersection of healthcare and law.
What sets his practice apart is his medical background: alongside his legal training, Sammy is also a qualified medical doctor (non practising). This combination enables him to approach legal issues in the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors from both a legal and a medical perspective.
