Sem Blans is a member of the Commercial group of our firm in Amsterdam.
He is active within corporate law and contract law. Sem is involved in various types of commercial collaborations between (international) professional parties and advises in drafting agreements, interpreting agreements and resolving disputes that may arise from the agreements and/or the commercial relationship.
Sem advises, inter alia, on purchase and sales agreements, distribution agreements, agency agreements, franchise agreements and general terms and conditions (both B2B and B2C).
