Yassir el Ghaddar is a member of the Dispute Resolution practice area group of our firm in Amsterdam.

He specialises in liability law, insurance law and contract law. Yassir advises on and litigates in commercial disputes, including matters relating to liability, insurance and contracts. He acts on behalf of, amongst others, companies, insurers and insurance intermediaries.

Yassir has been with CMS since 2026; prior to that, he worked at a large international law firm.
