Zen Melis is a member of the Real Estate and Construction group of our firm in Amsterdam.
She focuses on public procurement law and assists both contracting authorities and tendering companies. She focuses on the preventive review of procurement processes, the (co-)drafting of tender documents and she acts in court in procurement disputes.
She also focuses on civil construction law and represents a wide variety of (inter)national clients, contractors and consultants, both in and out of court.
