CMS Kluge is certified Eco Lighthouse

The world is facing enormous climate and environmental challenges. If the world is to achieve the global climate goal of limiting global warming to below two degrees, everyone must take responsibility for reducing their climate impact.

CMS Kluge will take social responsibility in meeting these challenges by becoming a climate negative law firm. This means reducing our climate impact and compensating for the climate impact we have. In this way, we will remove more greenhouse gases than our business leads to.

Our total emissions are small in the big picture, and alone our contribution does not have much impact. We will take our share of the responsibility, and we want to lead by example and raise the minimum standard for what can be expected of environmental responsibility in the business world and the legal profession.
