Through mostly internal customised activities for the various position categories, we ensure relevant and useful activities that make our employees the best advisers.
We have our own associate programme guiding our associates on the journey from newly-educated lawyer to confident and capable legal counsel. In addition, a variety of training activities are continuously conducted in the individual's practice areas. In order to supplement the legal expertise, training is offered in several other disciplines such as accounting, negotiation techniques and management. In that way we create advisers who understand the big picture and see interrelationships, adding actual, practical value to the client's enterprise.
