Amund Noss assists both public and private clients in major, complex disputes. He is one of Norways most experienced litigators and has argued a number of significant cases before the Supreme Court. Noss also has experience conducting arbitration, both as litigator and arbitrator, and has litigated before the EFTA Court, acting as agent for Norway.

As a Director General in the Norwegian Ministry of Finance and head of the Tax Law Department, Noss was a key advisor to the Minister of Finance. He also has extensive experience as counsel for the Norwegian government in major tax disputes.

His areas of work include administrative law, company law, energy law, public corporate governance, management of government agencies and the regulatory framework for trade and industry.
