Anders Øya started as an associate with CMS Kluge autumn 2024, and is part of the firm’s department of Construction. He assists with advisory work and dispute resolution in construction cases.
Øya achieved his master’s degree at the University of Bergen in the spring of 2024. His thesis explored the board of directors’ liability for damages in Norwegian limited companies, with focus on their discretion and room for maneuverability when the company is facing financial difficulties. Øya has also taken special courses within company law, limited companies and EU competition law.
