Anders Øya is part of the firm's Construction department. He advises clients at every stage of construction projects, from contract negotiation and ongoing support during project execution to dispute resolution.
Øya achieved his master’s degree at the University of Bergen in the spring of 2024. His thesis explored the board of directors’ liability for damages in Norwegian limited companies, with focus on their discretion and room for maneuverability when the company is facing financial difficulties. Øya has also taken special courses within company law, limited companies and EU competition law.
