Andreas Bjørklund is part of CMS Kluge’s corporate group, and primarily assists with regulatory advice and transactional support to the financial services and asset management industry, including fintechs. He also assists on-and offshore industrial companies with financing needs, commercial contracts and day-to-day legal advice.
Bjørklund has significant in-house experience from the oil and gas and financial services industry, and was part of the management team of a fintech scaleup.
