Bernt Olav Thorsheim is affiliated with CMS Kluge's IP, technology and EEA department, where he works in particular with Intellectual Property Rights, contract law and employment law. 

Thorsheim was a deputy judge in Stavanger tingrett in 2020 and in Oslo tingrett in 2023-2024. He also has experience as a law clerk for Borgarting Court of Appeals from 2020-2023. Through his work in the courts he has amassed wide experience in dispute resolution, legal enforcement of claims and temporary injunctions.
