Erlend Aarli

Erlend Aarli is affiliated with CMS Kluge’s IP, technology & EEA Department, and assists clients with advice and dispute resolution within a range of different fields in commercial law. Erlend works primarily with Intellectual Property Law, contract law and company law. Within Intellectual Property law, Erlend provides assistance in both trademark, patent and copyright disputes, as well as matters under the Norwegian Marketing Act.

Aarli holds a Master of Law degree from the University of Bergen, where he wrote his master thesis on Trademark Law. Aarli has also studied Chinese Law at the Renmin University of China in Beijing, and Environmental Law at Universidade de Lisboa in Lisbon.
