Nyland works primarily with property and construction. Nyland assists a number of Norway's largest construction clients, property developers and property owners on an ongoing basis – both in the private and public sectors – several of Norway’s largest consulting engineering firms and several of Norway’s largest contractors. In addition to contract law, construction law and property law, including tenancy law etc., Nyland also has broad expertise in procurement law. Nyland also has substantial litigation expertise and is qualified to appear before the Supreme Court.
