Grete-Marie Varhaug

Grete-Marie Varhaug is a part of CMS Kluge's Construction department, where she primarily assists clients in construction law. She assists clients in all phases of a construction project, from drafting contracts and ongoing advice in the project to final settlement negotiations and dispute resolution. Varhaug also has expertise in general contract law.

Varhaug holds a master’s degree in law from the University of Bergen, where she specialized in corporate law and tax law. She wrote her master’s thesis on construction law, entitled: «Determining the scope of contractual obligations in design and build contracts – an analysis of the limits of the contractor’s right of selection under NS 8407 clause 14.6».
