Håvard is affiliated with CMS Kluge's IP, technology & EEA Department. He primarily assists clients with advice and dispute resolution in competition law, public procurement and EEA law.
Håvard holds a master’s degree in law from the University of Bergen. He wrote his master thesis on sustainability gains and exceptions from the cooperation prohibition in the Norwegian Competition Act section 10 (3), similar to Article 53(3) of the EEA Agreement and Article 101(3) in the TFEU.
