Håvard Kristiansen

Håvard works in CMS Kluge’s department of IP, technology, and EEA. He provides strategic advice and effective dispute resolution in relation to intellectual property rights, EEA law and contracts, and has expertise in trademarks, patents, designs and collective management of copyrights.

Håvard is also an external lecturer and examiner at the University of Oslo, giving lectures in trademark law, contract law and tort law. He holds a master’s degree from the University of Oslo, where he worked as a research assistant while writing his thesis on digital resale of works in the EU.
