Henriette Halsnes Gillingsrud works in CMS Kluge's department for Construction. She works mainly with construction law, but also has expertise in general contract law issues.
Gillingsrud assists both private and public entities in the construction business in different phases of a construction project. She especially has experience with assisting clients in connection with handovers and the final settlement or disputes, and she frequently conducts cases before the courts.
Gillingsrud has a master's degree in law from the University of Oslo, where she wrote a master's thesis on restrictions on procurement regulations on the right to change a contract.
