Hilda is affiliated with CMS Kluge's IP, technology & EEA Department. She assists both private and public clients with advice and dispute resolution in areas such as public procurement.
Hilda has a master's degree from the University of Oslo. She wrote her master thesis as a research assistant on the use of profiling in public administration.
