Jacob Korshavn works in CMS Kluge’s employment law department. He advises on a wide range of employment law matters, including legal counselling and dispute resolution in both the public and private sectors. In addition to assisting organisations with dismissals and summary dismissals, recruitment, and reorganisations or redundancies, Korshavn also has experience conducting investigations arising from whistleblowing reports under the Working Environment Act. He also has experience in public sector employment law.
Korshavn also has experience with a range of corporate law issues and previously worked in CMS Kluge’s Corporate department.
