Public procurement law specialist.

Jonn primarily works with procurement law. He has previously worked for the secretary of the Norwegian complaint board of public procurement, were he coordinated and facilitated the secretariats work. Jonn holds a Master in Laws from the University of Bergen and an LL.M. from the University of Nottingham.
