Julie works in CMS Kluge’s Corporate department, primarily focusing on company law/M&A, as well as providing legal advice and handling disputes across several legal fields.
Skotnes holds a master’s degree in law from UiT The Arctic University of Norway, which she completed in 2025. She wrote her master's thesis on whether home purchase models may be considered licensable financial activities.
