Kari Elisabeth Christiansen has more than 25 years of experience in VAT and related areas of law, including tax. She advises both public and private sector entities across all industries, providing practical and solution-oriented advice – from ongoing advisory services and major projects to assistance in dealings with the tax authorities.
Kari Elisabeth has extensive experience advising on construction and engineering projects, reorganisations, transactions, and businesses subject to both the ordinary VAT rules and the VAT compensation regime. She also advises clients in the renewable energy, cultural and sports sectors. In addition, she authors legal commentaries on the VAT Act and the VAT Compensation Act.
