He also has expertise in advisory services and dispute resolution related to construction and infrastructure projects. This includes guidance during contract negotiations and execution, as well as at final settlement stages. Kristian has successfully represented clients in several cases before the courts, including the Land Consolidation Court, District Court, Court of Appeal, and arbitration tribunals.
In addition to real estate and construction law, Kristian has a solid background in general property law and tort law. He has particularly strong expertise in the assessment of compensation claims.
Kristian’s master’s thesis focused on the interpretation of construction contracts awarded through public procurement processes. The thesis examined the implications of ambiguities in tender documents and offers.
