Kristin Bjørlo Moe works in CMS Kluge’s department of Employment. She offers legal advice within a number of business law areas, primarily on matters of labor law and contract law. Moe is particularly interested in data protection and is increasingly offering assistance within this area as well. In addition to this, Moe has experience with questions related to real estate, company law and dispute resolution.
Moe provides ongoing advice related to various labor law issues which arise in connection with, inter alia, restructuring, downsizing, dismissals, the hiring of employees and temporary employments. Moe has also assisted in several “whistleblowing” cases, where the assistance has consisted of conducting factual investigations (including conversations with those involved), subsequent factual and legal assessments, and recommendations for measures and advice for the way forward.
Moe holds a Master of Law degree from the University of Bergen. She studied abroad at Universidad Pontificia Comillas in Madrid and CBL International Oxford summer law School where she, inter alia, took subjects in international contracts, arbitration, international private law, international public law and international criminal law. Moe wrote her master’s thesis on the liability of business actors for international crimes.
