Linn Cathrine Jøsendal is specialized within intellectual property rights and has more than 15 years of experience. She handles cases regarding several different types of intellectual property rights, such as trademarks, copyright, trade secrets and marketing law, as well as other related legal fields.
In addition, she has extensive experience with transactions and due diligence processes, particularly regarding transactions within technology and IP-focused industries. Jøsendal has considerable experience with contract law in general, as well as contract negotiations. Jøsendal works with clients within a broad range of industries, including retail, technology and the music and entertainment industry.
