Magnus works in CMS Kluge's corporate department, assisting clients within various sectors with direct and indirect tax law, corporate law and accounting law. He has significant experience with establishing share incentive programs for employees and senior executives, planning and execution of reorganizations, and direct and indirect tax matters related to real estate.
Magnus wrote his master thesis on tax law. He also holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business Administration from the Norwegian School of Economics.
